CLUB HISTORY
 
The Cool Cruisers of Southwest Florida Car Club is a non-profit organization registered with the state of Florida as a corporation. 
The Club was formed in August 1989 when a group of car enthusiasts decided there was a need for a car club in Naples that would satisfy the requirements of people with interests in hot rods, custom cars and trucks; as well as the traditional antique and classic vehicles.  This broad definition attracted many members and the club grew from a few people into the large and active Club of today, with over 150 members. 
The Club’s goal is to raise funds for children.  To meet this goal, the Club participates in many community activities throughout the year and sponsors an annual car show.  The primary fundraiser is the CAR SHOW, with at least 300 vehicles participating from all over South Florida.
